Comments:
At time of seizure, the aircraft was obtained with the logbooks, except for its most recent maintenance status. According to log book inspection in August 2022 the 96-month inspection was initiated but not completed. The complete interior of the aircraft was removed for the C-check and or upgrade that was being performed with components currently stored at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport hangar facility. No records of the status and open items were obtained. All exterior panels were reinstalled for flight from the Bahamas and not sealed properly with the proper electro-static sealant. A prior inspection conducted by Airline Support Baltic in 2022 addressed some deferred tasks and confirmed the aircraft met Bahamian Civil Aviation Guidelines.
This Aircraft is currently painted white with no paint scheme, providing a clean foundation for customization.
Aircraft has spent its life In Europe and Eastern bloc countries.
The aircraft retains its factory cockpit layout, with all instrumentation in good condition, and features a pressurized cabin. The windows are all clear with some scratches and/or other blemishes. All instrument glass remains clear and fully functional.
Type of Encumbrance: Aircraft from birth has been in Europe and Eastern Bloc countries, hence Title/Lien search cannot be fully verified. It can only be assumed that the recent Bahamian Registration/Title of this aircraft means it has no encumbrances.
At present, the aircraft is what in the industry is classified as a “Stateless Aircraft”, the aircraft is completely unregistered at present. Last airworthy certificate/registration was in Nassau Bahamas, which was terminated.
