Online Sale Rules and Requirements

All information including pictures on this site are proprietary and cannot be used for any other purposes without explicit written permission. Any violation will be subject to any and all legal action.
  • All visual only previews of JPATS assets must be scheduled by appointment only with 24-hours advance notice of verified and confirmed requested dates and time.
  • Current Identification (must be a photo ID) will be required for any admittance to any visual only previews of JPATS assets. There is a limit of two (2) people per appointment.
  • All assets are sold WHERE IS AS IS with no attestation as to the accuracy of the description and the condition. There are no warranties, guarantees or representation of any JPATS assets.
  • The Seller makes no representation that there are any logbooks with the aircraft or that any logbooks provided are complete. All available logbooks will be made available for viewing with the aircraft.
  • The successful bidder agrees to forfeit their full funds for failing to complete the sale to the JPATS. No refunds will be issued.
  • Buyers understands and agrees that funds are to be sent to the specified bonded and insured escrow account (provided by RMAVI) made by wire only to purchase a JPATS asset. No exceptions will be made.
  • All bidders who are awarded a JPATS Asset Sale are subject to verification when funds are wired to the RMAVI supplied escrow account. To help facilitate the verification process please reference the aircraft tail #, Company Name and the individual authorized by the company to perform these actions. The Company and/or Bidder must match the wire. All wires per new bank and federal rules must be able to be verified.  All incoming funds must be noted as sent to Risk Mondial from origination account into the Risk Mondial account.  Originating account must be in the winning bidders name and/or company name and must have a verifiable public records cross reference. Please be advised that this verification will take time and asset cannot be released until this step has been completed. This is usually a 3-day process after funds have cleared in the provided Escrow account but may take longer depending on the verification time needed.
  • Successful bidders are responsible for any and all fees and costs associated with the asset at the time of sale.
  • Successful bidders are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.
  • Buyers understand and agree that RMAVI is a contractor/agent for JPATS to market and sell for JPATS and is not the Seller. Buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify RMAVI and all of its affiliations, employees and contractors from any and all legal action.
  • The following information will be provided for each asset on the JPATS Sales. Viewing date/time; Offer closing date/time and Minimum acceptable offer.
  • There is no fee to place an offer.
  • All funds will be due within 48 hours of notification to the buyer of the approval of sale. Buyer has 24 hours from the notification of cleared funds and completed verification of Offeror to remove the asset from its storage location. Buyer is responsible for any and all fees for the asset after it has been released to the buyer. Failure to make timely wire payments may result in the USMS disqualifying the buyer.
  • All JPATS inventory is sold WHERE IS AS IS. No warranties or guarantees are implied, given or expressed. All inventory and any equipment are thereon sold “WHERE IS AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS”. Seller specifically disclaims any warranty, guaranty, or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, eligibility for any maintenance programs or airworthiness.
  • THE BUYER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT BY MAKING AN OFFER THAT THEY AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND CONCUR THAT NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, HAVE BEEN MADE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE SELLER OR THE SELLER’S AGENT CONCERNING THE CONDITION OR USE OF THE INVENTORY. THE BUYER FURTHER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT HE HAS NOT RELIED UPON ANY ORAL REPRESENTATIONS BY THE SELLER OR THE SELLER’S AGENT AS TO THE CONDITION OR CAPABILITY OF THE ASSET BEING SOLD. THE BUYER ALSO RECOGNIZES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INVENTORY MAY HAVE BOTH APPARENT AND/OR HIDDEN DEFECTS AND THE BUYER ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING THE CONDITION OF THE ASSET AND THE EXISTENCE OF ANY DEFECTS. THE BUYER ALSO EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND MAKING AN OFFER THAT THEY HAVE READ AND CONCUR WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE USMS ASSET SALE AND ON THIS SITE.
  • Aircraft may be visually inspected only on the date specified in the listing by appointment only with a 24-hour notice for scheduling. Seller reserves the right to reject any offer for any reason, modify the listing or to extend the end date of the listing. Seller has the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason. If, at the Seller’s discretion, no reasonable offer is received, Seller may elect to sell the asset at public auction or via a private sale with no prior notice.
  • All information provided for JPATS asset is believed to be accurate, however, buyer assumes full responsibility to verify and confirm any and all information and specifications provided.
  • Information is subject to change without notice prior to sale date. JPATS reserves the right to remove any asset from the listing at anytime prior to the end date without notice. All inventory is sold WHERE IS AS IS, with no warranties expressed or implied as to condition or worthiness for any particular purpose.
  • WARRANTIES: Aircraft is sold WHERE IS AS IS, with no warranties implied or given. The condition of the asset is not warranted.
  • Assets are sold by JPATS, which reserves the right to refuse any bid for any reason. Bidders should conduct their own due diligence to determine condition, value or worthiness for a particular purpose.
  • THEREFORE, the Seller offers these assets for sale in “AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION AT THE TIME OF SALE OR CLOSING, INCLUDING ANY HIDDEN DEFECTS OF ANY NATURE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN,” with no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever, and/or any other aspect or characteristic of these assets. No statement anywhere, whether express or implied, shall be deemed a warranty or representation by Seller regarding these assets. All sales are with the understanding that the buyer cannot rely on any other representation, warranty or guaranty made by anyone.
  • All buyers are deemed to have relied entirely on their own information, judgments and visual inspections of the assets in making the decision to purchase the asset.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
  • ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDER: (a) Our services are available only to and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.  (b) Eligibility of Bidder: The Bidders acknowledge that they will be verified by JPATS.
  • DISPUTES: The High Offeror agrees that in any dispute between the Seller and the High Offeror, or between competing Offerors, arising in connection with any sale of a JPATS asset at the Asset Sale, the Contractor/Agent for JPATS shall have the right, but not the obligation, to settle such dispute, and the High Offeror shall abide by the decision of the Contractor/Agent. The Contractor/Agent’s decision shall be final with respect to such matter. No changes or adjustments will be made at any later time. The High Offeror further agrees to indemnify the Contractor/Agent’s Company and Seller for all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including attorney’s fees incurred in connection with any such dispute or in connection with any claim, litigation, controversy, dispute or proceeding arising from any purchase of an Asset by the High Offeror or from any subsequent sale of such Asset to any third party.
  • Technical Problems and Transmission Issues: RMAVI has made every reasonable effort to facilitate making online offers. However, it is possible that technical problems and transmission issues may arise and affect the RMAVI website, offer system and/or computer or server or your computer, personal devise or software which is beyond the control of RMAVI. By making an offer online Offeror acknowledges that RMAVI is not responsible for technical problems or transmission issues associated with an offer and that, in the event technical problems interfere with or prevent an offer being made, it may be necessary to withdraw assets from the sale due to technical errors or uncontrollable circumstances. Further, in the event of the occurrence of a technical problem during any asset sale, RMAVI in its sole discretion reserves the right to declare an item sold, postpone or cancel the auction, extend the bidding time for this auction and/or re-list the property for auction at another date and time. The decision of RMAVI on this matter shall be FINAL. 
  • OFFEROR acknowledges that, by making and offer in any asset sale held by RMAVI, Offeror accepts the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer.
