Comments: This aircraft appears to be in good condition it is the Bidder’s responsibility to make their own determination. Aircraft is presently, stored at Houston, Texas. Every inspection is past due and will require a certified mechanic to do a full logbook review and bring this aircraft into compliance. Last scheduled maintenance was done in January of 2014 in Dallas, Texas. This aircraft does not have the required ADS-B avionics upgrade, which makes it unairworthy in addition to all other maintenance items.
